Is the item I am purchasing in stock?

Not necessarily, Majority of our stock is partnered with our suppliers overseas so products do tend to take 2-4 weeks to get in stock. Products are labelled with the stock availability and delivery times.

 

What are the shipping options?

JWrayRecords offers National and International delivery services. Standard shipping varies between product weight and all shipping prices are visible at checkout.

How do you package your items?

We use specific packaging made for the shipping of our fragile items and we take great care in packaging each item, as safely as possible. We ensure all items have been carefully packed and secured ready for shipment.

Our vinyl mailers are specifically designed to protect your item and have several layers of cardboard to protect the product as well as 'crush zones' to stop bent corners etc.

How do I track my item?

Your order can be tracked using Australia Post's tracking service located at www.auspost.com.au. Your tracking number will be emailed through at the point of fulfillment. 

When will I receive my order?

All items after dispatch usually arrive within 3-10 business days (excluding public holidays). The length of delivery is dependent on your location and AusPost delivery times.

 

What do I do if I never received my order?

It is suggested that you first check the tracking details for your order, as the tracking can give you an indication on the details around your order including an estimated delivery date.

 

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

If you have made an error or require a change on your order, we ask that you immediate contact our team via email info@jwrayrecords.com

JWrayRecords is located and ships from Geelong, Australia.
